In 1996 Dato' Dr. Karim set up his own business Prima Nova Group of Companies dealing in property development, petrol stations, plastic manufacturing retails, car parks and projects management.

MAIN BUSINESSES:
It has implemented several housing projects in Selangor & also the Klang Valley.The development value for those properties are approximately Rm900 million with complete infrastructure and other public facilities.
It actively provides project management services for residential and commercial projects in section 2 and also section 32, Shah Alam.
Prima Nova Group uses the concept of IBS (Industrial Building System) and Green Technology in its upcoming projects.
