We recently conducted an interview with Dato' (Dr.) Hj. Mohd. Karim bin Hj. Abdullah Omar, the Executive Chairman of Prima Nova Group of Companies for our english group assignment. The reason we chose him as our successful local entrepreneur was because of his admirable strength and achievements. He has achieved a commendable amount of awards and positions. We did numerous research based on his personal details and achievements through the internet. Even so, in order to attain truthful facts, we requested to have an interview with Dato' (Dr.) Hj. Mohd. Karim himself.

          In the first place, just the thought of having to interview a successful entrepreneur made us really nervous and anxious as it will be our first time being a professional interviewer.

          Unfortunately, Dato' (Dr.) Hj. Mohd. Karim’s secretary called and told us that our initial agreed upon date clashed with his schedule and changed the date to the day itself. Due to the last minute change of plan, and since we were not informed earlier, we have not dressed appropriately for the occasion. This resulted to Muzaffar going for the interview alone. We felt really thankful for Muzaffar who is always come prepared.

          For our group, we divided our tasks evenly and helped each other with our weaknesses. We worked hard as a group and everyone respected each other and did their jobs accordingly. We did not allow any member to slack off or receive any special treatment.

          Muzaffar had a great time interviewing Dato' (Dr.) Hj. Mohd. Karim and all of us have learnt from him on how to be a successful entrepreneur. We are honoured to be able to meet and even conduct an interview with him as it is not easy to be able to meet a successful person. We would like to thank our English II module lecturer, Madam Regina A/P Dorairaju for assigning this task as our assignment and gave us this rare opportunity.
